Sisters Quilt Show Day!

Saturday was the perfect day for a quilt show and we watched the little town of Sisters, Oregon come to life with quilts and quilters! It was amazing, exciting and fun! Quilts were hung throughout the town and the little shops were dressed in their Sunday best for everyone to see! Between shopping and looking at quilts we were in heaven!

The local fire department helps to hang the quilts on the side of the Stitchin Post Quilt Shop.

Jean Wells, owner of The Stitchin Post, has made this show a work of art. Never have I seen anything so organized. Amazing is the word for the team work that goes into this quilt show!

The road through town was blocked off and quilters took over !

Cute little shops were everywhere...a feast for the eyes on every block!

Then we were off to visit a local quilt shop in Bend, Oregon..."Sew Many Quilts" !

Brenda (Acorn Quilts) and I both had trunk shows at the shop so we stopped in to say hello. This is one of the cutest shops in Oregon, with little vignettes everywhere. Antique pieces of furniture were stacked with fabric, quilts and little treasures. A cottage feel, with something for everyone. They made so many kits they have some left over, so if you're looking for a Bunny Hill Quilt kit you might give them a call, 541-385-7166!

If you're a quilt shop owner that has kits for Bunny Hill patterns available, please email me. I'm thinking of having a blog list for quilt kits! anne@bunnyhilldesigns.com I'd love to add you to my list!

Yesterday I took Brenda to the airport. Bye Bren! It was a wonderful trip! Today it's back to work! Time is flying by and the bunnies had better get busy!
